We’re a fast-growing e-commerce startup, creating exciting wellness brands and scaling creative campaigns that deliver results. With multiple brands under our belt and a lean, high-performing team, we’re looking for someone passionate about e-commerce and skilled in building, optimizing, and enhancing Shopify stores to drive performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and optimize Shopify stores for various brands, ensuring they align with branding guidelines and are optimized for conversion.
- Remake and adapt paid templates to fit our minimalist design style while maintaining high functionality.
- Build landing pages, product pages, and sales pages using Instant.so (experience with this tool is a plus, but not required).
- Develop effective upsell funnels with compelling offers and track their performance.
- Analyze and track page performance, using numbers to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Apply conversion copywriting techniques to craft persuasive, high-converting page copy that drives sales.
- Work closely with the team to ensure pages meet business objectives and user expectations.
Core Requirements
- Have experience working with Shopify and a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Be comfortable with building high-converting pages and creating successful upsell funnels.
- Understand conversion copywriting and know how to write persuasive, sales-driven copy for product pages, landing pages, and upsells.
- Be data-driven, with the ability to track performance and make improvements based on key metrics.
- Experience with Instant.so is a plus, but not required (we can train you on this tool).
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to execute at a high standard.
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian is a plus).
- Be a team player and a proactive communicator.
- Bonus: Possess basic design knowledge using tools such as Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.
- Bonus: Understand basic HTML and CSS.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary: 3000-4200 EUR/month
