About the Role:

ALL IN ONE Employment Services is seeking a Shopify E-Commerce & Merchandising Manager to lead their online store strategy, site management, and product merchandising. If youre a Shopify expert with a strong fashion or accessories background, this is your opportunity to own the digital customer journey, boost conversions, and bring a creative edge to a growing brand.

Responsibilities:

Site Management & Merchandising

• Manage daily site updates: homepage, banners, collections, product uploads.

• Optimize product pages and brand collections with SEO-rich content and visual storytelling.

• Oversee Shopify navigation, filters, and customer journey.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve layout, engagement, and conversion.

Promotions & Campaign Execution

• Develop a year-round promotional calendar in coordination with marketing and vendors.

• Create landing pages, email flows, and banners for product launches and special campaigns.

• Support seasonal, clearance, and FSA/HSA campaigns.

Customer Experience & Engagement

• Manage live chat tools to support real-time engagement and drive conversion.

• Launch UGC campaigns and incentivize customer photo tagging.

• Roll out loyalty/reward tools and referral incentives to increase retention.

Website Enhancements

• Keep About, FAQ, and Policy pages on-brand and up to date.

• Ensure mobile responsiveness and smooth UX sitewide.

• Collaborate with developers on advanced troubleshooting or app integrations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing a Shopify e-commerce website, preferably in fashion or eyewear.

• Strong experience with site merchandising, product launches, and on-site optimization.

• Familiar with Shopify apps for navigation, reviews, bundling, loyalty, and live chat.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, vendors, and creative teams.

• Detail-oriented with a solid eye for clean design, sales flow, and customer engagement.

• Bonus: Experience with SEO tools, Klaviyo, Canva/Figma, and Google Analytics (GA4).

Compensation & Benefits:
