Job Description - Shopper Marketing Manager

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Travel Requirements: This position requires up to 25% domestic travel.

Position Overview

As the Shopper Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind retail activations and integrated marketing campaigns that boost visibility and sales for CELSIUS®. This is your opportunity to shape how shoppers engage with the brand across major retailers, digital platforms, and in-store experiences.

You’ll bring proven expertise in shopper and trade marketing, a knack for cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for delivering measurable impact in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in shopper or trade marketing, ideally within CPG, beverage, or food sectors
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong ability to translate customer insights and category data into impactful retail strategies
  • Experience with retail media networks and programmatic media (e.g., 7-Eleven Gulp Media)
  • Familiarity with Circana or IRI platforms
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
  • Track record of driving incremental sales through trial and awareness campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing programs across national and retailer-specific campaigns
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution to align activations with brand and retailer goals
  • Collaborate with Experiential, Social, Field, Innovation, and Commercial teams to drive integrated strategies
  • Use category insights and customer data to evaluate performance and optimize activations
  • Integrate retail media networks and digital elements into shopper marketing plans
  • Plan and execute in-store marketing activations, events, merchandising, POS, and displays
  • Support development of an Omnichannel Center of Excellence to align with consumer and retail trends
  • Drive display inventory growth and strategies that move shoppers from awareness to purchase
  • Track and report performance metrics to ensure programs drive sales and retailer engagement
  • Manage timelines, execution, and budgets across cross-functional marketing initiatives

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
