Two Eight Central Operations is looking for motivated, dependable Shot Team Member to join our team in McRae, Arkansas. We're searching for people who show up ready to work hard, stay safe, and have each other's backs.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Shot Team Member, you'll be part of the team responsible for keeping projects moving safely and efficiently. Your day may include:

✅ Setting up and preparing shot blasting equipment
✅ Operating machinery and equipment safely
✅ Inspecting surfaces for quality and accuracy
✅ Performing routine equipment maintenance
✅ Loading and unloading materials
✅ Traveling to project sites (about 30% travel)
✅ Working alongside a team that values hard work and teamwork

No two days are exactly the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in construction, labor, industrial work, or a similar field


• Strong work ethic and positive attitude


• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments


• Reliable transportation


• Commitment to safety and teamwork


• High school diploma or equivalent


• CDL is a huge plus! ⭐
