WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE:

The Showroom Associate’s main responsibilities are to provide stockroom support and help with the day-to-day operations of the showroom as assigned by senior management. Main duties will include fulfilling memo sample requests, handling mailing/shipping/receiving needs for samples and products, replenishing samples, and assisting designers on the showroom floor pertaining to scheming trims. 

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in organizing the stockroom, including numerous trays of memo samples
• Restocking returned memo samples
• Assists with the check-in of new inventory in the Samuel & Sons showroom
• Maintain stock levels of supplies needed in the stockroom and showroom
• Maintaining showroom visual standards
• Fulfill Outside Sales sample requests and presentation packages
• Assist in answering showroom phone calls, placing quotes, and orders
• Flex as a Design Consultant on the showroom floor when needed
• Answer showroom phones and support quote and order inquiries

WHO YOU ARE:

• Highly organized with ability to multi-task
• Passion for design and good sense of color
• Interest in Interior Design
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Professional presentation
• Design Degree/certificate preferred
