Showroom Concierge - Jewelry - Innovative Company

This is a job posting for the role of Retail Concierge at a luxury brand showroom in Gold Coast, Chicago.

Shift Schedule- Saturday- Wednesday

As a Retail Concierge, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the premium showroom environment.
You will have the opportunity to represent the company by greeting customers and ensuring that they have the best possible experience in our showrooms.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the showroom's pristine condition, balancing multiple interactions with care, and sharing in the happiest moments of our customers' lives.
Your role as a brand ambassador will be to communicate our brand values and mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry. 
You will conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries, and you will also call customers to confirm appointments and answer pre-appointment questions. We value your feedback and commitment to continuously improving the customer experience, and we will work with you to review customer feedback surveys and online reviews.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the luxury showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, while executing new product merchandising guidelines.
As a Retail Concierge, you will be expected to enforce policies to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests and ensure product security. You will also open and/or close the showroom and waiting area. Your exceptional communication, multitasking, and attention to detail will be critical to your success in this role.
If you have experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant environments, that would be a bonus, as well as familiarity with POS, CRM, or ERP software and Mac operating systems.
