We’re looking for an energetic and personable Showroom Hostess to be the friendly face that welcomes guests and sets the tone for a great visit.
Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and make them feel welcome
Direct guests to the appropriate team members or departments
Answer basic questions about our vehicles, services, and dealership amenities
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom and guest lounge area
Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable while they wait
Assist the sales team with light administrative or hospitality tasks
A friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception preferred
