What we are looking for:

Luv Bridal is looking for a full time manager for our busy Denver showroom. This showroom has incredible rapport and this position is an amazing opportunity for someone interested in fashion and looking for a long term career in the bridal industry!

We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated leader who is dedicated to curating a 5-star customer experience unlike any other! Our ideal candidate is passionate, friendly and has incredible attention to detail as well as ample experience in sales, customer service and successfully leading a team. Experience in Bridal is preferred.

This role requires high levels of emotional intelligence, tenacity and hard work to maintain high sales expectations and goals. We are looking for someone who can positively represent the Luv Bridal brand and embrace an evolving company that strives to be the best!

We are looking for a dynamic leader who can successfully navigate the following.

• Achieve monthly sales targets including both closing ratio and dollar amount.


• Hire and train top performing stylists who embody the same passion for unmatched customer service and the highest level of sales.


• Provide continuous training and feedback for the team.


• Various back office work including scheduling, payroll, client ordering and inventory management.


• Merchandising gowns/accessories and manage inventory including predicting buying when purchasing new gown samples and back stock as needed.


• Easily connect with a variety of personality types and have empathy for all customers in an effort to successfully resolve emotional situations.

To be considered, we require the following.

• At least 8 years of customer service experience.


• At least 6 years of high-level management experience.


• At least 6 years experience in retail.
