• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, assisting with boarding, seating, and luggage as needed.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle bus, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues.
• Ensure the safety of passengers by following safety protocols and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with passengers to provide route information and answer questions courteously.
• Adhere to schedules and timelines to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Keep accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and supervisors to coordinate daily routes and schedules.
• Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies calmly and responsibly.

Qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger (P) endorsement.
• Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations.
• Previous experience as a shuttle bus driver or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic patterns and routes.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
