Shuttle Driver

Job Summary

The Shuttle Driver reports to the General Manager and is responsible for transporting guests safely, promptly, and courteously using approved vehicles and safe driving practices. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive guest experience while representing the resort in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

  Transport guests to and from designated locations, including airport terminals and resort facilities, in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Operate shuttle vehicles safely while remaining calm and alert during high-traffic periods, emergencies, or heavy resort activity

  
  


• 
  

  Assist guests by loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items

  
  


• 
  

  Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to guest and employee inquiries or requests for assistance

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate resort features, amenities, and services clearly and professionally

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and orderly shuttle vehicle

  
  


• 
  

  Perform other duties as assigned

  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Outgoing, friendly, and hospitable personality

  
  


• 
  

  Valid CDL issued in the state in which the applicant is applying (required)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
