We are seeking professional, dependable Shuttle Drivers in the Destin area to support daily operations with a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service.

Job Summary

As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along assigned routes while maintaining a professional and courteous experience. Drivers represent 654Global on-site and are expected to operate with reliability, accountability, and clear communication.

This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers between designated locations, including airport terminals, hotels, and operational sites


• Maintain on-time performance while adhering to assigned routes and schedules


• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding arrivals, delays, or operational changes


• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage as needed


• Operate vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures


• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns


• Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle at all times


• Provide professional, courteous service to all passengers

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Florida driver’s license


• Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement)


• Clean driving record (no at-fault accidents within the past five years)


• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks


• Strong reliability and punctuality


• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude


• Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Ability to lift and carry luggage as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous shuttle, transportation, or commercial driving experience


• Familiarity with Destin and surrounding areas


• Experience working in time-sensitive or customer-facing environments
