JOB SUMMARY

Chicago Marriott Northwest is seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to provide safe and courteous transportation for hotel guests, employees, and authorized visitors. The ideal candidate must have a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and a strong commitment to passenger safety and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Safely operate the hotel shuttle vehicle according to all applicable laws and safety regulations.

  Transport guests to and from designated locations, including airports, businesses, and nearby destinations.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to hotel guests.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist guests with luggage when needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain the shuttle vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow established hotel transportation schedules and routes.

  
  


• 
  

  Report vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

  Maintain accurate transportation and mileage records.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and hotel management regarding guest transportation needs.

  Follow all company, hotel, and transportation safety policies.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  

  Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is required.

  Clean and acceptable driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous shuttle, commercial driving, hotel, or passenger transportation experience preferred.

  Strong customer service and communication skills.
