POSITION SUMMARY

As an Automotive Shuttle Driver and Cashier for Big O Tires. You will primarily be shuttling customers to and from the shop with our shuttle. These shuttle drivers sometimes also act as the front desk receptionist and answer telephones.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Shuttle customers to and from the repair facility.

Cleaning, responsible for daily cleaning checklist relating to the inside of the showroom

Answer incoming customer inquiries

Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

QUALIFICATIONS

19 years of age or older- Must have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a valid drivers license

Availability to work weekends, and regular business hours as needed

Exceptional communication and verbal skills

Reliable transportation to work

Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials

Ability to consistently operate a computer

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
