As Tech Lead / Architect, you’ll serve as the technical lead on complex Drupal projects while being the primary client-facing technical expert.
You’ll:
Oversee architecture and technical design for Drupal-based platforms and applications.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and delivery.
Act as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality, maintainable software.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to performance, security, and scalability standards.
Identify and implement improvements in workflows, infrastructure, and development processes.
7+ years of professional experience in Drupal development.
Proven experience designing and implementing technical architecture for enterprise-level platforms.
Experience in client-facing or consulting role, with excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end integration.
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
Solid knowledge of web standards, APIs, security, and performance optimization.
Advanced English (written and spoken) for direct communication with international clients.
Core: Drupal, PHP
Front-End: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React or similar (preferred)
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, CI/CD tools
Collaboration: Git, Jira, Slack, Agile/Scrum methodologies
