Sideyard Lead

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Side Yard Associate/Lead to oversee yard operations, support customers, and help keep things running smoothly. This is a leadership role for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work, enjoys being outdoors, and has the skills (or willingness to learn) to handle equipment, deliveries, and livestock products.

What You’ll Do

• Lead side yard operations and direct team members
• Assist customers with feed, hay, propane, and farm/livestock needs
• Make deliveries and ensure safe, timely service
• Operate equipment: forklift, pallet jack, and hand trucks (training available)
• Stock, organize, and maintain yard inventory
• Put out feed and handle heavy merchandise (up to 100 lbs.)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership skills and ability to give direction
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in all outdoor conditions
• Experience with livestock/farm life (professional or personal)
• Basic computer skills and comfort with sales transactions
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Forklift and propane experience (or willingness to be trained)

• Full-time availability, including some weekends/holidays
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
