Siding Supervisor

Job Summary:

We’re hiring an experienced and motivated Siding Team Leader / Supervisor  to manage and lead siding installation projects. This role requires 3+ years of siding experience, including the ability to bend and install custom trim. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a crew, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise siding installation crews
  

• Read blueprints and project specifications
  

• Measure, cut, install, and bend trim accurately using a brake
  

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and job site safety
  

• Communicate with project managers and homeowners as needed
  

• Train and mentor junior crew members
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of siding experience, including leadership or lead installer roles
  

• Proficiency in custom trim bending and installation
  

• Strong knowledge of vinyl, LP SmartSide, Hardie Board, and other siding systems
  

• Ability to work independently and manage timelines
  

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
