**Key Responsibilities:**

• - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Siemens Desigo building management systems for various projects.
• - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• - Oversee the installation, programming, and commissioning of Desigo systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
• - Provide technical support and training to team members and clients on the operation and maintenance of Desigo systems.
• - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building automation systems effectively and efficiently.
• - Maintain documentation of system configurations, design changes, and project updates.
• - Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to building automation and Siemens Desigo.
• - Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in building automation systems.

**Qualifications:**

• - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation systems, with a strong focus on Siemens Desigo.
• - Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• - Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and networking principles.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• - Relevant certifications in building automation or Siemens Desigo are a plus.
• - Ability to work onsite in Ohio and travel as needed for project requirements.
