As our Lead Sign Installer at Signarama Sugar Land, you'll be the backbone of our visual impact, ensuring our high-quality signs are perfectly and safely installed at various customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Preparation: review and plan for installation projects ahead of time and work with our Production and Sales Teams on requirements and readiness.

Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations (per proof).

Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, and other hand tools.

Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.

Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

Experience in sign installation and/or installing vinyl graphics is preferred, but not required

Comfortable with working at elevated heights.

Problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and ability to work with aerial lifts and ladders.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
