About Us: At Signs and Lines by Stretch, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch signage solutions with precision and creativity. We specialize in custom signs and graphics that make a statement, and we’re looking for a talented Sign Fabricator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• CNC Programming & Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines for cutting, engraving, and shaping materials. Program CNC machines to achieve precise designs and dimensions.


• Sign Fabrication: Fabricate and assemble custom signs and graphics, including dimensional signs, channel letters, and various other signage types.


• Welding: Perform welding tasks to assemble and finish metal components of signs, ensuring strong and durable construction.


• Material Handling: Select and handle materials such as metal, acrylic, and wood, ensuring proper use and minimizing waste.


• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet client specifications.


• Collaboration: Work closely with designers and project managers to ensure that designs are executed as intended and meet all project requirements.

Qualifications:

• CNC Programming Experience: Proven experience with CNC programming and operation, with a strong understanding of G-code and machine setup.


• Welding Experience: Hands-on experience with welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding.


• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications.


• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality, with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.


• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery and materials, finding effective solutions to challenges.


• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the sign industry.


• Familiarity with other fabrication tools and techniques.


• Experience with digital design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) is a plus.
