Sign Installer

We are a well-established, licensed, and insured sign company based in Pompano Beach, FL, seeking an Experienced Sign Installer to lead our installation operations and help develop our team. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.


🔧 Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily installation operations
• Install a variety of signage: Interior & Exterior Signs, Vinyl Graphics, Dimensional Letters, Panel & Post Signs, Vehicle Graphics, and Electrical Signs
• Train and mentor new installers
• Read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and job prints
• Operate lifts, ladders, and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition
• Ensure job sites remain safe, organized, and professional


✅ Qualifications
• 5+ years of sign installation experience (required)
• Skilled in installing all sign types, with strong vinyl graphics experience
• Electrical sign installation experience preferred (training provided with our State Licensed Sign Electrical Contractor)
• Proven ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Strong skills in reading drawings and precise measurements
• Physically able to lift 20 lbs. overhead, stand, bend, climb ladders, and operate lifts/equipment
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record (required)
• Must pass a background check; drug/alcohol testing may be requested


🎓 Education
• High School diploma (required)
• Technical degree or certification (preferred)
• College education a plus
