• A hard-working, self-directed individual with ability to carry out oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to pull, push, dig, lift and bend daily while on the job.
• Must be able to work on your feet for a majority of the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry 60 lbs
• Must be able to carry signs up to 60 lbs. up & down hills or slight incline depending on the landscape of the properties.
• Must be able to use a pole hole digger and digging bar that is approximately 15 lbs. to install signs; digging will take anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes depending on the soil of the ground.
• Must have the ability to climb and lift ladders that are up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to paint and lift poles onto a 4-foot-high sawhorse.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
