Responsibilities:
As a Sign Production Lead, you will be responsible for building, training, and managing a top-tier production team while overseeing all aspects of sign fabrication and installation. Your leadership will ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations—all while fostering a positive, engaging, and creative work culture.
Manage daily operations of the sign production team, including workflow, and quality control.
Supervise sign fabrication and installation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards.
Teach and mentor employees on best practices in sign production, material selection, and safety procedures.
Assist in Developing SOPs
Foster a fun, collaborative, and innovative team environment, encouraging creativity and teamwork.
Coordinate with designers to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain equipment and materials, ensuring a safe and organized production space.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in sign production and installation. Leadership and team-building experience preferred. We are looking for someone who can assist in recruiting, training, and developing a top-notch production team.
Experience in sign fabrication and installation, including vinyl graphics, channel letters, and large-format printing.
Ability to build and grow a production team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Knowledge of production equipment and materials, such as CNC routers, laser cutters, and wide-format printers.
Project management and organizational abilities, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget.
Ability to teach and train employees, breaking down complex techniques into clear, practical lessons.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and mentor team members effectively.
