We are looking for the right person to join our hard-working group in Appleton in the exciting sign and graphics industry. We value people with a can-do attitude willing to do whatever it takes to please our great customers!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment such as wide format printers, laminators, cutters, drills, and hand tools
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of various types of signage (interior, exterior, vinyl, dimensional, etc.)
- Weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics to a variety of substrates
- Prepare substrates, including cleaning, measuring, and cutting materials to size
- Assist in finishing work such as mounting, edge trimming, and packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production workspaces
- Assist with vehicle and wall graphic installations, as needed
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Support other team members and departments as needed

Qualifications:
- Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new design and POS software
- Strong mathematical and spelling skills
- Proficiently use measurement tools
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders
- Valid driver's license
- Background / Experience in Signage is preferred
- Skills in Adobe Suite / Design Software also preferred but not required
