Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain a variety of outdoor and indoor signs, including illuminated channel letters (neon/LED), dimensional letters, monument signs, pylon signs, wall signs, and vinyl graphics
- Troubleshoot electrical 480v or less
- Obtain and prepare materials and tools for job sites
- Perform surveys, including taking measurements, photos, and documenting site information for new signs or assessing existing signs
Skill
- Experience in sign installation, electrical work, and construction
- Ability to operate 40’-65’ booms, cranes, and lifts
- Skilled in using installation patterns
- Able to read construction drawings and installation specifications
- Consistently review jobs to detect and resolve errors in prep
- Familiar with and consistently use proper tools and safety equipment
Job Requirements
- Good attitude for work
- 21 or older
- Valid Class B driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to stand up for long periods
- Able to lift and move heavy objects
- Comfortable working at heights
- Tools required
- Must be flexible with work schedule
- Proficient in English recommended
- Able to follow safety procedures
- Reliable commute to Sacramento, CA 95826
Schedule:
- Full time with the possibility of overtime
- Typical day shift with some early morning starts or late-night work
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
- Some out-of-town work with travel and overnight stays.
