As our Signature Experience Specialist, youâll be the trusted guide for our customers, ensuring every project is smooth, seamless, and truly exceptional.
đȘ What Youâll Do
As the main point of contact for our customers, youâll play a vital role in bringing their home improvement visions to life:
Be the Customer Champion (70%) Guide customers through every stage of their projectâfrom post-sale to final installationâensuring they feel informed, valued, and delighted.
Coordinate & Communicate (30%) Manage installation schedules, update account statuses, and ensure every project stays on track with clear, proactive communication.
Drive Insights (10%) Report weekly on customer feedback, job progress, and satisfaction metrics (including NPS), helping us continuously elevate our service.
đŒ Your Day-to-Day Impact
Deliver a top-tier, white-glove customer experience
Act as the liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams
Oversee installations from kickoff to completion and final payment
Conduct post-installation follow-ups and gather meaningful feedback
Manage surveys, reviews, and customer satisfaction programs
Welcome guests and customers into our showroom with energy and professionalism
Partner with sales teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience
Schedule installations and coordinate with crews for optimal results
Turn happy customers into brand advocates through referrals and reviews
đ What You Bring
3+ years of customer service experience (home improvement industry a plus!)
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A natural ability to multitask, stay organized, and think on your feet
Empathy-driven problem solving and conflict resolution skills
A positive, adaptable mindset in a dynamic environment
Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a bonus
Bachelorâs degree preferred, but not required
