Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time, Exempt Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee and support our exceptional hospice clinical team in Portland, OR. This leader will drive quality patient care, mentor clinicians, and ensure compliance, all while cultivating the incredible culture that sets our team apart.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for hospice nursing and interdisciplinary staff
• Support and mentor clinicians to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Monitor clinical operations, productivity, and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, state, and federal requirements
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth, quality, and team engagement
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Foster a culture aligned with CAPLICO values and a spirit of ownership

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 2–3 years of hospice or home health experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for mentorship, team development, and hospice philosophy of care
