 Are you an experienced property manager passionate about affordable housing and compliance?
Join our team at Celtic Property Management to lead an 88-unit LIHTC community located in the heart of Hartford, CT. We're looking for a proactive leader with strong Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience to manage day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a positive community for our residents. 

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all site operations including leasing, compliance, and resident relations
   
• Maintain 100% compliance with LIHTC and HUD regulations
   
• Supervise and support onsite staff including maintenance and leasing teams
   
• Drive occupancy and retention through effective marketing and resident service
   
• Prepare budgets, manage financial performance, and reduce delinquencies
   
• Ensure units and common areas are maintained to high standards
   
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and inspectors

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing Tax Credit or affordable housing properties
   
• Strong working knowledge of LIHTC, income certifications, and compliance reporting
   
• Proficient with Yardi or similar property management software
   
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
   
• Ability to handle audits, tenant files, and compliance inspections confidently
   
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends as needed.
