• Hours: Full-Time - Monday through Friday – 37.5 Hours Per Week 
• Salary Description: $21.71 per hour

A Day in the Life as a Site Coordinator:

As the Site Coordinator, you’ll serve as the lead position supervising the Suncook Area Resource Center team.The position works closely with the Program Director to coordinate the overall management and operation of the Area Resource Center by keeping team members organized, focused, informed, and ensuring the center is running efficiently.

Your day will involve:  

• Partnering with the Director to provide leadership to the center; including managing day-to-day operations, working on long-term projects and goals, serving as the main contact for the assigned Area Resource Center and all programs and projects operating from the center. 
• Supporting the Director while providing leadership to the Center’s food pantry, including managing donations, managing projects, communication, delegating tasks, processes creation/management, and additionally performs the work of Intake Staff (responsible for processing Fuel and Electric Assistance applications while assisting clients with the food pantry) and Performing client intake and outreach for CAPBM programs. 
• Acquiring accurate information about other agencies, programs, and services in the area, and refers clients to appropriate services when needed and is responsible for verifying and documenting information as required by each program while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assisting with operating and maintaining the food pantry at the area center, including organizing, stocking, inventorying, preparing and distributing food boxes/bags, while assisting in general office functions; including filing, cleaning, and other duties.

Requirements

Qualifications to Be a Site Coordinator:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Business Administration or a related field. Education requirement may be substituted with other related education and additional human services experience.
• Experience: Two years of prior experience in a human/social services position, including prior supervisory experience.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and good written communication skills, general office skills and knowledge of local human services agencies and programs.
• Characteristics: A strong desire to assist others in helping themselves is essential, while being committed to the Agency's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Technical: Successful completion of criminal record check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required, as some travel within the community may be necessary.
