Site Lead

QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Lead to oversee the operations of our dermatology practice. This leadership role involves ensuring the practice runs efficiently and providing high-quality patient care, along with fostering a positive working environment for all staff members.

In this role, you will act as a liaison between medical staff, administrative staff, and patients, ensuring that communication flows effectively and that all team members are aligned with the practice's mission and values. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and implementing best practices that enhance patient satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support the practice team to achieve optimal performance and patient care standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage patient flow to optimize scheduling and minimize wait times.
• Assist with patient inquiries and concerns, acting as a point of escalation when necessary.
• Train and support new staff members to ensure adherence to practice protocols and policies.
• Collaborate with management to implement practice initiatives and improvements.
• Monitor financial performance and maintain budgetary controls as directed.
• Foster a positive practice culture that encourages teamwork and dedication to patient care.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of medical office operations and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
