Site Lead - Dispensary

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership-

• Provide effective leadership to the security team on-site


• Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and ensure compliance with security protocols


• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Site Supervision:

• Oversee security operations within the Dispensary community


• Coordinate and deploy security personnel effectively


• Assist in creating and managing the site's security officer schedule


• Availability to help cover staffing gaps


• Communicate with the client daily to align on standards and expectations


• Update the Security team regularly with new protocols or operational changes


• Ensure the implementation of security policies and procedures


• Training new officers at site on specific protocols, procedures, and client expectations


• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for Dispensary management


• Be available to assist the client as needed, including adjusting hours for early starts or late stays.

General Duties:

• 
  

  Greet all customers warmly upon entry, providing a welcoming and secure environment.

  Ensure the safety and security of all staff and customers within the dispensary at all times through active patrolling and direct observation.

  
  


• 
  

  Actively prevent theft through vigilant observation, maintaining a strong physical presence, and adherence to security protocols.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist dispensary staff during downtimes with tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, organizing display areas, or other operational support as needed.

  Respond swiftly and professionally to any security incidents or emergencies, following established procedures.

  Document all incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and thoroughly in reports.

  Handle and de-escalate customer service issues or conflicts with tact and professionalism

  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous Dispensary security and supervision experience is highly preferred


• Excellent administrative and documentation skills


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Outstanding customer service and communication skills


• Ability to remain vigilant and proactive in ensuring the security of the community
