Site Lead Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Leader to lead the team. You will oversee, coordinate, and assist in the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations. This is a working position that can work across different departments as needed.

Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Shift: Night Shift Monday to Friday We’re looking for a dependable, experienced leader who can motivate a team, maintain productivity, and help ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Previous team lead or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead, coach, and support team members
