What you'll do?

As a Site Manager, you will direct manufacturing operations through a team of front-line supervisors and lead employees to ensure efficient use of resources with manpower, materials, and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the financial management of the P&L for the facility.

• Leads the workforce, instilling motivation and communicating effectively to achieve maximum results.

• Reviews costs and product quality and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the facility.

• Ensures compliance with product quality standards and safety regulations.

• Acts as a local liaison with customer relationships, conferring with customers and representatives.

• Analyzes and identifies opportunities for improvement in the plant and throughout the office management.

• Suggests solutions and encourage a culture of problem-solving in the plant.

• Controls and minimizes labor overtime and repair expenses.

• Applies sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, counseling, and disciplining subordinates.

• Implements and documents appropriate performance evaluations for promotions, wage increases, and terminations.

• Maintains existing plant facilities and equipment.

• Coordinates activities through planning with department managers to ensure company objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, pallet repair/sortation, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.

• Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives and maintain vendor relationships.

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years in warehousing or production environment leadership role.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related area.

• Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Equipment Maintenance/Mechanical Experience is preferred.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $125,000/year.
