Job Summary:
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations and staff. This role ensures efficient operations, compliance with Paragon and client standards, and provides a high level of service delivery to meet both company and client expectations. The Site Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, and maintain productive relationships with clients and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of Aircraft Detailers. Ensure appropriate staffing levels for each shift, delegate and assist in detailing duties/jobs through operational oversight including, but not limited to:
- Exterior washing, waxing and wiping down planes
- Machine buffing and polishing
- Interior leather cleaning and conditioning
- Interior wiping down
- Cockpit cleaning
- Carpet vacuuming and cleaning
- Maintain company shop
- Shop laundry
- Maintain company vans
- Training: Oversee new hire training and ongoing development for all staff, ensuring all training requirements are met.
- Performance Management: Conduct annual performance evaluations, addressing employees’ achievement of responsibilities and safe work practices.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with Paragon Directors and Station Management ensuring transparency and collaboration in all operations.
- Reporting: Submit daily reports, task completion lists, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
- Policy Enforcement: Maintain a thorough understanding and enforcement of Paragon company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and security measures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of related management experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently and to promote high-quality work standards.
- Valid driver license with your own reliable transportation
- Must pass TSA 10-year background check
- Legal status to work in U.S.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions.
- Moderate noise levels typical of an airport environment.
