We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven leader to take full ownership of one of our flagship Bitcoin mining data center sites. The Site Manager will be responsible for the entire facility — overseeing daily mining operations, facility infrastructure, site security, construction projects, vendor contracts, regulatory compliance, and local community relations. This role requires a proven site leader who can balance technical knowledge, operational discipline, people management, and external stakeholder engagement to keep the site running safely, securely, and efficiently.

What you will be responsible for:

• Site & Facility Oversight
  • Act as the primary authority for all on-site activities and decision-making.
• Manage electrical, cooling, networking, and building systems for maximum efficiency and uptime.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all infrastructure and equipment.
• Security & Asset Protection
  • Implement and maintain site security protocols (access control, surveillance, guard services).
• Coordinate with corporate security, vendors, and local law enforcement as needed.
• Operations Management
  • Ensure optimal performance of Bitcoin mining hardware and supporting systems.
• Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, inventory, and performance reporting.
• Construction & Expansion Projects
  • Manage contractors and on-site work for facility upgrades and expansions.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and safety compliance for all construction activities.
• Vendor & Contract Management
  • Select, manage, and evaluate service providers for utilities, maintenance, security, and other site needs.
• Negotiate and enforce service level agreements and contracts.
• Community & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the company’s representative to local government, regulators, and community stakeholders.
• Maintain strong local relationships and address community concerns proactively.
• Team Leadership
  • Supervise on-site staff, technicians, and contractors.
• Oversee staffing schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

How you will stand out:

• Experience & Education
  • 10+ years in Datacenter site management, plant/facility operations, or large-scale infrastructure management.
• BS/MS Technical Degree
• Demonstrated success managing both operations and facilities functions.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Technical Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with high-density IT environments (data centers, mining farms, or similar).
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and site security.
• Leadership & Communication
  • Ability to represent the company in community and regulatory settings.
• Skilled in vendor negotiation and contract management.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving under pressure.
• Preferred
  • Experience in cryptocurrency mining or mission-critical data centers.
• Background in managing construction or infrastructure expansion projects.
• OSHA or other safety certifications.
