We are looking for a highly organized, financially driven, and proactive Site Manager to lead the administrative and financial operations of our office in Chișinău and to oversee remotely the operational governance of our Poland site. This is a key leadership role ensuring full compliance, financial accuracy, cross-site alignment, and effective coordination with HQ.

• Lead overall operations of the Moldova site.
• Act as the company’s legal representative in Moldova.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group policies.
• Provide remote governance and oversight for the Poland site.
• Mediator between the local teams and the company's management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or HR.
• 7+ years of experience in senior administrative or operational roles – must.
• Strong background in budget management – must.
• Knowledge of Moldovan labor and financial legislation – must.
• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Advanced English, Romanian, and Russian – must.
• Familiarity with Polish operational frameworks – advantage.
