REPORTS TO: Residential Program Administrator
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, On call as needed FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:
The ALC Site Manager is responsible for providing care for and supervision for residents, as well as staff. Must be knowledgeable in emergency procedures and provide oversight of the day-to-day operations. The ALC Site Manager is required to complete all documentation which may include utilizing computer programs and/or hard copy systems. The ALC Site Manager is responsible for assisting with implementing accountability standards for clients in the program and staff reporting to them. Organizational policies and procedures as they relate to client and staff supervision will also be a point of emphasis for the ALC Site Manager. These duties apply to all assigned Revive Ministries, Inc. (Revive) programs.

The ALC Site Manager will direct the activities of clients and staff throughout the week. This involves working with them to ensure they are consistently putting their best foot forward. A calm temperament with the ability to critically think and make rational decisions is key to success for the ALC Site Manager. The employee may be required to exert 21 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 11 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Job duties also require about 6 or more hours of intermittent standing or walking in an 8-hour workday. Sitting may be required only intermittently and occasionally. Stooping is required frequently.
Environmental Conditions:
The employee will work indoors and outdoors, sometimes in hot and humid weather or very frigid temperatures, depending on the season, to supervise clients in their activities. This may result in bodily discomfort. The house itself is open and ventilated well with central heating and air conditioning. The person may work outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
Mental Demands:
There are a number of daily deadlines associated with this position, which may cause stress to some individuals. The position must deal with the clients and staff daily on a variety of issues. Including disciplinary action, and the hiring and firing of employees.
