Site Manager

• Lead and support a small team while managing day-to-day site operations.


• Ensure service excellence across print, mail, courier, hospitality, and related services.


• Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.


• Drive operational efficiency, quality, and SLA performance.


• Coach, develop, and recognize team members to foster engagement and growth.


• Manage staffing, workflow priorities, and production demands.


• Create reports, business reviews, and presentations that demonstrate value to clients.


• Identify process improvements and help implement solutions that enhance service delivery.

• High School Diploma or GED required.


• 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing, business, or technical environment.


• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.


• Comfortable presenting to groups and working with business technology.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
