Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to oversee daily onsite operations at a client location serving the Public Defender and Superior Court systems. This role combines team leadership, customer relationship management, and operational oversight in a fast-paced document management environment.

• Lead and support a team of up to six onsite employees.


• Manage day-to-day document scanning, records management, and production operations.


• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as the primary onsite contact.


• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and productivity goals are met.


• Coach, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive workplace culture.


• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.


• Assist with staffing, scheduling, reporting, inventory, and operational planning.


• Support technology, equipment, and process-related troubleshooting as needed.

• 3+ years of operations, customer service, or business services experience.


• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.


• Comfortable using technology, Microsoft Office 365, and business systems.
