Required Qualifications:

  A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture

  
  


• 
  

  Experience and/or coursework in mechanical systems

  
  


• 
  

  Work experience in the construction industry 

  
  


• 
  

  Experience must include the ability to read drawings, manage subcontractors’ work, and effectively manage project schedules and deadlines

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of MS Project scheduling software

  
  

Job Description

• 
  

  Manage the on-site construction activities at projects located throughout the United States

  
  


• 
  

  Act as the point of contact at the project site

  
  


• 
  

  Be responsible for the successful execution of projects, including close coordination with the customer

  
  


• 
  

  Assist, to the extent of your abilities, in carrying out the work needed to ultimately deliver a quality product to clients, within budget and on schedule
