Site Network Operations Associate

As a Site Network Operations Associate you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the initial contact with potential Site Network partners

Manage the following related processes in collaboration with potential Site Network partners:

Complete and document the Site Network Questionnaire

Schedule, organize, and lead the initial cross-functional introductory virtual meeting between stakeholders and Site Networks

Secure relevant confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDA) in collaboration with the CDA team

Ensure Vendor Management records are updated timely and accurately

At a minimum, track the following at the Site Network and site-specific level:

Selection and utilization metrics

Site start-up and activation timelines

Subject/Patient screening and enrollment

Performance and/or Quality issues

REQUIRED EDUCATION LEVEL:

• Bachelor’s Degree

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Two to four years of research site experience (onsite or working with research sites/PIs)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel (experience in manipulation of data including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Teams

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks

• Demonstrated organizational Skills

• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations
