Role Summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Site Origination Specialist to support the origination and acquisition of new sites for Rowan’s growing portfolio of digital infrastructure developments. This role will lead the screening of new opportunities and support the Site Origination Leads to conduct diligence and negotiate the real estate transaction. The Site Origination Specialist will join a team of experienced real estate, development and site selection experts and provide market analysis, new site screening analysis and transaction support (including drafting of agreements and assisting with the site strategy).

The successful candidate will be detail oriented and analytical, and have experience in development and real estate with excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% for company gatherings or to project sites.

Location: Denver, CO (hybrid in-office role)

Compensation: $110-$135K - Offers Bonus

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate Site Sourcing including tracking of leads, coordinating follow up with internal and external parties

• Lead the screening of new site opportunities including reviewing GIS and marketing materials for new leads to assess alignment with Rowan targeted priorities

• Perform Market Analysis including gathering and analyzing data on real estate comps, industry news, labor and workforce among others

• Assist the Site Origination Leads in reviewing site diligence and summarizing the findings and risks

• Developing internal communications (meetings, presentations, documents, dashboards)

• Partner with internal experts across Rowan to understand technical areas relevant to Origination

• Support the growth of the site origination team and of Rowan by helping to establish good project diligence and reporting practices, and improving processes and systems as we scale

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, real estate, law, engineering or development) and at least eight (4) years of experience in real estate, or project development.

• Experience with complex cross-functional efforts

• Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
