The Site Program Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of an assigned facility and for ensuring that all instructional delivery, case management, and site-level workflows are fully aligned with Workforce Development Command Center (WDCC) standards.
This role serves as the on-site operational extension of the WDCC, translating centralized workforce strategy, standards, and procedures into consistent, compliant, and high-quality daily execution at the facility level.
Core Responsibilities
1. Site Operations & Staff Supervision
Provide direct supervision and day-to-day management of Lead Instructor(s) and Case Manager(s)
Manage daily site schedules, room utilization, and program flow
Ensure instructional delivery and case management activities are coordinated and operating in sync
Address and resolve day-to-day operational, staffing, and participant flow issues
Maintain a professional, safe, and well-organized facility environment
Ensure strict adherence to WDCC workforce standards, SOPs, and operating protocols
Validate participant workforce readiness prior to referrals being submitted through the WDCC
Serve as the primary site-level escalation point for workforce-related issues
Participate in required WDCC check-ins, operational reviews, trainings, and briefings
Communicate site-level risks, gaps, or operational barriers to the Workforce Development Manager in a timely manner
3. Systems Usage & Compliance Readiness
Ensure consistent and accurate use of Salesforce, Asana, and required case management systems at the site
Monitor timely completion and quality of workforce-related documentation
Support corrective actions, remediation plans, or process adjustments identified by the WDCC
Prepare the site for monitoring visits, internal reviews, and compliance spot checks
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in program operations, site management, or workforce development environments
Prior experience supervising staff in a structured program setting
Strong operational judgment and ability to manage competing priorities in real time
Working knowledge of CRM and project management systems (Salesforce, Asana, or similar)
High attention to documentation, process adherence, and operational consistency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in workforce development, education, human services, or training programs
Familiarity with case management workflows and participant readiness models
Experience operating within compliance-driven or audited environments
