Site Safety Manager

Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Site Safety Manager for an immediate opening for a project located in Port Washington, WI. This role is responsible for direction, development, leadership, and implementation of safety and risk management on-site with the goal of continuous improvement in alignment with company, client, and regulatory standards and requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of project safety programs


• Oversee and support jobsite safety representatives across the campus


• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture among all personnel


• Conduct and review incident investigations; implement corrective actions


• Lead safety training, orientations, and ongoing education initiatives


• Perform jobsite inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards


• Stop work when unsafe conditions or behaviors are identified


• Collaborate with project leadership, general contractors, and owners on safety expectations


• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent incidents


• Ensure all contractors adhere to jobsite safety policies and procedures


• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
  

 Qualifications:

• Approximately 7 years of construction safety experience


• Current First Aid/CPR certification


• OSHA 30


• One or more of the following safety certifications:
  
  
  
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  
  
  • Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
  
  
  • Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
    
  
  
  
  

Candidates must possess strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to identify hazards, enforce safety standards, and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment. They must be self-motivated, organized, able to communicate effectively with field personnel, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
