We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to support a fast-paced data center construction project in Red Oak, TX. This role focuses on electrical installation safety oversight within a mission-critical environment.

💰 Compensation

• 💲 Rate: $52 - $56/hour

• 💸 Pay Frequency: Weekly

🕒 Schedule

• Shift: Day Shift


• Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM


• Schedule: Monday - Friday, possible Saturdays


• Estimated Hours: 50-60 hours/week

🏗 Project Scope

This position provides full-time safety oversight for electrical installation activities on a data center build.

The Site Safety Manager will:

• Oversee and enforce safety protocols during electrical installation work


• Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments


• Support energized work planning and compliance with electrical safety standards


• Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to OSHA and site-specific requirements


• Promote a proactive safety culture in a high-risk, fast-paced environment

✅ Qualifications

• BCSP Certification (minimum STSC) with 3+ years of experience
  OR


• OSHA 510 with 5+ years of experience


• Experience with electrical construction and/or data center builds


• NFPA 70E (Preferred)

🧠 Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and electrical safety practices


• Experience with energized work, LOTO, and hazard mitigation


• Excellent communication and field leadership skills


• Ability to manage safety independently in an active construction environment
