Site Superintendent

Site Superintendent - High-End Residential Construction, Los Angeles, CA

Our client is a high-end residential construction firm with a Los Angeles office, delivering luxury new-build and renovation work across the city.

The firm is seeking a Site Superintendent to run the site day to day and carry the schedule, the trades and the quality of the finished work.

Key Responsibilities

• Running the site, including safety and housekeeping.
• Working to current drawing revisions and approved shop drawings.
• The daily report.
• Subcontractor and vendor coordination.
• Owning the schedule and the critical path.
• Subcontractor meetings and walkthroughs.
• Handover to the Service Department at completion.

Qualifications

• Site superintendent experience on high-end residential construction.
• Able to read and work from shop drawings and revised drawing sets.
• Strong subcontractor coordination and schedule management.
• Full time, on site.

Compensation

• $110,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience.
