Job Description:
Pay Range $40hr - $55hr
Responsibilities:- Attend construction meetings to plan and coordinate upcoming construction activities.
- Ensure our subcontractors have all the information needed to be successful.
- Regularly walk the site to ensure quality of workmanship and quickly address issues as needed.
- Set performance goals and deadlines.
- Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate and schedule required inspections with the local AHJ.
- Track subcontractor delivery dates for materials to maintain ROJ requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and EH&S personnel to help ensure compliance.
- Generate daily reports to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
- Nothing hits the ground.
- Assist with project closeout.
- Perform additional assignments per the Project Executive's direction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a construction superintendent or Supervisor.
- Ability to walk long distances, climb stairs/ladders, and work in hot and cold environments.
- OSHA 30-hour certification within the last 2 years per project requirements.
- In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes in commercial and or heavy industrial environments.
- Experience with electrical, Client, fire alarm, BDA, MNS, and sprinklers.
- HVAC and or MEP experience is a bonus.
- Ability to plan and see the big picture.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Everything we do is documented.
- Ability to lead and inspire.
- Must have reliable transportation.
