Site Superintendent/ Leadman

Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Superintendent/Leadman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensuring efficient project execution, safety compliance, and high standards of craftsmanship in architectural glazing installations.

1.1 Manage day-to-day operations on-site, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing installations. 

1.2 Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. 

1.3 Supervise and mentor site crews, providing guidance and support to maintain productivity and quality standards. 

1.4 Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe work environment. 

1.5 Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues and ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

2.1 Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or Leadman in architectural glazing or related construction fields.

2.2 Strong knowledge of architectural glass installation techniques, materials, and safety standards.

2.3 Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

2.4 Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.

2.5 OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain.

2.6 Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
