Site Superintendent - Lehigh Valley

We seek to hire a Commercial Construction Site Superintendent willing to travel to oversee and manage construction projects in Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas. The Construction Site Superintendent will work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are on schedule and on/under budget, and that customer satisfaction is always achieved. The Superintendent will also have a successful track record of driving results through good judgment and exceptional problem solving. Responsibilities include managing the construction site from start to finish, including setting up the job trailer, organizing lay-down areas, posting all required safety postings, scheduling all the subcontractors, and coordinating the completion of all punch list work for successful project execution and completion. The ability to strengthen our company culture and represent the company well is essential to the role.

Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

• Minimum 3-5 years of construction site management experience
• Ability to create and manage a construction schedule
• Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with technology and strong organizational skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather
• Ability to operate a forklift and other machinery if necessary
• Able and willing to travel to jobsites
