INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Site Supervisor with 10+ years of experience in overseeing the configuration, installation, hook-up, and commissioning of control systems and DCS/PLC/SCADA panels, instrumentation packages, and field instrumentation and automation systems. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that project goals are met within the required timeframe while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in instrumentation and control systems and proven leadership skills in managing site teams. The candidate should be Aramco-approved and capable of supervising on-site activities, ensuring all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards

What You’ll Lead and Deliver:

• Oversee and manage all site activities related to the installation, configuration, hook-up, and commissioning of control systems and DCS/PLC/SCADA panels, ESD/SIS systems, and field instrumentation.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain project momentum by effectively communicating essential information, coordinating actions between departments, and escalating issues as needed.
• Address and resolve on-site issues related to instrumentation and installation processes, adapting plans as necessary to overcome technical challenges.
• Track the progress of site activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and that milestones are achieved.
• Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company and client-specific requirements.
• Provide regular updates to the project manager, including site status reports, progress updates, and any open issues that may impact project timelines.
• Work closely with the project team, engineers, and quality control personnel to ensure project deliverables meet design specifications and client requirements.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: 

• DAE in (Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field) is mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience supervising the installation, configuration, hook-up, and commissioning of control systems and DCS/PLC/SCADA panels, instrumentation packages, and field instrumentation and automation systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, ESD/SIS systems, and control systems.
• Aramco approval as a site supervisor is mandatory.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards related to on-site instrumentation work.
• Deep expertise in the configuration, configuration, and installation of field instruments and control devices, DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, and ESD/SIS systems.
• Extensive experience in commissioning control and instrumentation systems, ensuring accurate setup and integration with overall plant control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues related to instrumentation and installation processes.
• Proficient in coordinating site activities, managing timelines, and ensuring technical deliverables are met.
• Significant experience in the installation, hook-up, and commissioning of control systems and DCS/PLC/SCADA panels, instrumentation packages, and control and instrumentation systems.
• Proven track record of supervising on-site activities in EPC projects within the oil and gas sector.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and coordination with the project team and clients.
• Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in installation, configuration, and hook-up activities.
• Ability to manage multiple site tasks simultaneously while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
