Energy Efficient Investments, Inc. (EEI) is a New England based Energy Services Company (ESCO). We are focused on the development and implementation of general contracting and energy projects throughout New England. Due to continued growth in our business EEI seeks an experienced Project Site Supervisor that can manage all aspects of assigned projects. Projects will be in the Burlington Vermont Area.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position reports to Project Manager and Operations Manager,
Lead customer construction meetings, manage expectation, manage customer change requests, coordinate all scheduling, procurement, materials delivery, subcontractors and site work associated with assigned projects. Prepare documentation: meeting minutes, contract amendments, subcontract quotes and change requests.
Lead subcontractor construction meetings. Manage vendors and subcontractors, document meetings with meeting minutes, approve payments, ensure construction schedule is being met.
Requires ongoing and clear communications with company management, office staff, employees, customers, subcontractors, utility representatives and vendors.
Work with business development team in the successful execution of projects.
Follow established EEI administrative processes and procedures to ensure an orderly progression of the project.
Responsible for documenting / verifying installations, creating punch lists and managing all work to completion. Also understanding project performance requirements and ensuring only approved materials are installed on the project.
Fast-paced team environment with regional travel required.
Prepare and enforces Site Specific Safety Program for each project. Hold regular Safety Meetings on site with all involved in the construction of the project.
Completing Daily Field Log Entries and project photos.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum OSHA 30.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, building controls, HVAC, and lighting systems. Understanding of current Building Codes.
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Project software.
Strong organizational skills combine with strong written and oral communication skills and problem-solving skills.
5-10 years Construction Experience.
Compensation offer commensurate with experience & capabilities. Offers for employment will include company health benefits, 401k with profit sharing, 3 weeks Paid Time Off, and holidays (10 days/yr).
